CRAF operates under a Board of Directors that provides strategic oversight and policy direction. The Executive Director manages daily operations through four departments:

2. Advocacy & Communications
3. Finance & Administration
4. Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL)
5. This framework ensures transparency, accountability, and effective delivery of programs across Liberia
