The Board of Members of the Center for Research and Advocacy Foundation ensures sound governance, fiduciary accountability, and strategic oversight in accordance with CRAF’s Articles of Incorporation and the Association Law of the Republic of Liberia.
Board Roles & Responsibilities
In accordance with CRAF’s Articles of Incorporation and applicable laws of the Republic of Liberia, the Board of Directors is responsible for:
- Providing strategic direction and policy guidance to advance CRAF’s mission and vision.
- Exercising fiduciary oversight, including approval of budgets, financial reports, and audited accounts.
- Ensuring legal, ethical, and regulatory compliance in all organizational operations.
- Approving organizational policies, strategic plans, and major institutional decisions.
- Safeguarding CRAF’s assets, reputation, and public trust.
- Supporting resource mobilization, partnerships, and institutional sustainability.
- Upholding principles of transparency, accountability, and good governance.
