Mr. Prince O. Gboneh

Executive Director

Prince O. Gboneh is a monitoring, evaluation, research, and data professional with more than 15 years of experience across governance, health, food security, democracy, and community development programs. He has worked with organizations including WFP, UNDP, USAID-supported initiatives, and The Carter Center. His technical skills include qualitative and quantitative research, digital data collection, GIS, vulnerability mapping, data quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, and evidence reporting. He has supported adolescent mental health research, developed survey tools, supervised field teams, conducted interviews, and contributed to national curriculum work on adolescent mental health in schools. His profile is highly relevant for MEL design, baseline and endline surveys, data quality, field supervision, reporting, and learning documentation.

Mr. B. Alexander Y. Blackie

Mental Health and Clinical Technical Lead

B. Alexander Y. Blackie is a registered nurse, licensed addiction professional, and licensed mental health clinician with extensive experience in nursing education, clinical practice, mental health administration, workforce development, and training. He has served in senior technical and training roles with The Carter Center Mental Health Program, including Workforce Development and Sustainability Manager, Training Coordinator, Clinical Supervisor, and Acting Training Coordinator. His background includes post-basic mental health clinician training, addiction treatment certification, psychosocial support, mhGAP training, crisis intervention, cognitive behavioral therapy training, and health worker capacity building across Liberia and the region. His experience positions him to support clinical supervision, referral systems, facilitator training, safeguarding, and technical quality assurance for CRAF's mental health and youth resilience programming.

Mr. Julius Ngangawulor

Public Health Systems and Program Implementation Lead

Julius Ngangawulor is a public health professional with strong experience in project design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, health systems strengthening, government engagement, and partner coordination. He has led and supported multi-sectoral health projects involving the Ministry of Health, county health teams, national programs, and international partners. His experience includes managing workplans, budgets, M&E frameworks, donor reporting, stakeholder engagement, quality assurance, and dissemination of evaluation findings. He has also supported the integration of mental health and substance use disorder services into TB care in Montserrado County. His profile strengthens CRAF's capacity in implementation management, health system alignment, partner engagement, and scale planning.

Mr. Jarius Koolor Thomas

Finance and Compliance Lead

Jarius Koolor Thomas is an experienced accountant with a strong background in financial management, accounting systems, auditing, financial analysis, and organizational finance operations. His experience includes service as Finance Officer at Liberia Center for Outcomes Research, Senior Accountant and Interim Finance and Controlling Manager at SOS Children's Villages in Liberia, and Audit Assistant at PKF Liberia. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and has pursued graduate studies in Banking and Finance, along with healthcare administration training. His background supports CRAF's financial accountability, grant budgeting, compliance systems, cost tracking, procurement documentation, and financial reporting requirements for donor-funded projects.

Miss Dochel Y. Flomo

Administration, Operations, and Training Logistics Lead

Dochel Y. Flomo is an administrative and operations professional with more than seven years of experience in document management, correspondence handling, event coordination, training logistics, finance-related documentation, front desk administration, database management, and stakeholder support. She has worked as Administrative Assistant and Training Assistant with The Carter Center Mental Health Program, where she supported document intake, filing, meeting coordination, training logistics, payment processing, inventory records, participant databases, and field supervision visits. Her experience makes her suitable for project administration, training logistics, records management, workshop coordination, participant tracking, and operational support for CRAF's donor-funded programs.

Mr. Prince T. Nagbe

Communications, Documentation, and Public Engagement Lead

Prince T. Nagbe is a communications, media, public relations, and public engagement professional with experience in government communications, radio management, public relations, media coordination, stakeholder engagement, and public messaging. His experience includes service as Director of Communications and Documentation at the Ministry of Public Works, where he managed media relations, press inquiries, public image building, and written communication materials. He also served as a radio manager and talk show host, Public Relations Officer for the West African Youth Network, and Political Officer in Montserrado County. His profile is relevant for CRAF's communications strategy, community storytelling, media engagement, public documentation, stakeholder messaging, and climate or social impact communication work.

Mr. Winston D. Gray

Procurement, Community Mobilization and Field Operations Support

Winston D. Gray is a community service, administration, logistics, and field operations professional with experience in public administration, management, team building, community leadership, warehouse supervision, public relations, and sanitation-related community work. His experience includes office support at the Liberian House of Senate, warehouse supervision at Liberia Coca-Cola Factory, youth leadership in the Police Academy Community, and waste collection mapping with Green Living Waste Disposal Incorporated. His background supports CRAF's community entry, field coordination, youth mobilization, logistics, sanitation-related community engagement, and local stakeholder coordination.

Mr. Dominic Albert Johnnie

Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer

Dominic Albert Johnnie serves as CRAF's Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer. He brings practical experience in monitoring and evaluation, research, capacity development, data collection, policy advocacy, compliance monitoring, and project reporting. His background includes work with the National Port Authority, National Center for Coordination of Response Mechanism, IREDD, USAID-linked assignments, and civil society programs.

He has facilitated monitoring and evaluation training, supported research projects, developed M&E plans and indicators, and strengthened the skills of more than 250 Liberians through professional training and mentoring. Dominic's role at CRAF is to strengthen program accountability, track results, support baseline and follow-up assessments, and ensure that CRAF's work is guided by credible evidence and continuous learning.
