PLANADES Fellowship · 2026

Applied Flood-Resilience Research & Method Strengthening

Through the PLANADES Fellowship process, CRAF strengthened practical GIS and GPS methods for documenting urban flood hotspots and translating community evidence into a replicable resilience-planning approach.

  • Collaborated with academic partners to test GIS and GPS mapping protocols for urban flood hotspots.
  • Produced methodological guidance now integrated into the proposed replication toolkit.
  • Strengthened the evidence base for linking community action to climate-resilience planning and national climate commitments.
